Executive Director
Our Executive Director resides onsite and oversees the overall operations of the home and facilities, the education curriculum, and action plan preparation for each client. Why is this important? Most sober living homes do not have live-in executive directors. We can immediately remedy an issue before it becomes a problem. Most sober living homes only have a house manager with no senior-level experience. Stephen's higher-education background includes a Master's of Neuroscience in NLP from Bennett Stellar University and is certified in the following areas:
Texas State Certified Recovery Support Peer Specialist, Certified Life Coach, Trauma Release Specialist, Timeline Therapy, NLP Business Communication, and Conversational Hypnotherapy.

Prior to pursuing the field of addiction recovery, Stephen was a nationally recognized motivational speaker with an impressive client list including several Fortune 500 companies and served as Senior Vice President overseeing multi-billion assets for private equity firms.
With his combined experience in business and education development, he delivers an inspirational approach to overcoming life challengers. Having suffered from addiction himself, he identifies easily with a diversity of people and helps each individual craft Action Plans for long-term sobriety.

Maintaining sobriety
Having a daily routine outside the house will be vital to your long-term sobriety. We will help you integrate yourself back into society. If getting back to work or going to school, we help provide the resources you need in order to achieve success.
If you need help writing a resume or applying for student aid, our team is here to assist you. While waiting to start your job or go back to school, volunteering is a great way to give back to the community and be part of being in the service to others. You will be provided the motivation you need to become active.
It's not all work and no play. Whether it's kicking back and watching movies, or catching the big game, it's all available for your pleasure. Getting out of the house is also important and the reason why we coordinate group activities like going to a ball game, nature walks, and seasonal activities such as visiting the state fair or perhaps a haunted house tour.
Our home is well equipped with 4k big-screen TVs and lightning-fast internet. Stream and watch all your favorite channels from Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and many more! It's very important to keep you engaged and not isolated.
What makes our sober living home different
Elite Recovery Home is not a peer-based program like many other sober living homes. When our clients have already attended programs such as (IOP) intensive outpatient or (PHP) Partial hospitalization programs, we pick up where they leave off. We are an advanced program!
We offer an executive management style of training. We help stretch the minds of clients allowing them to see their full potential. Most of our clients have failed with maintaining a job, failed relationships, or simply aren't happy in life in general.
We have found that most clients are reminded of everything they've done wrong in their life. In a way, they have been conditioned that everything they've done is wrong. Whereas, we enlighten and inspire them to want to achieve more in life. We perform extensive assessment tests to evaluate personality traits, career assessments, and most importantly what motivates them to want to achieve more in life.
Happiness can be achieved without the use of drugs and alcohol. We can guarantee 100% success if you are 100% committed. We can't promise this will be an easy process. It will take a minimum of 90 days of dedication and a willingness to want sobriety. However, we'll be there to walk you through the entire process. You aren't alone and you are our number one priority.
Not only are you immersed in an upscale environment, but you are also provided with meals, gym membership, recreation activities, and entertainment. Your only commitment is following our education program. We take out the stress and you put in the work. It's that simple!
